Pick out your template
All of our templates are customized for beauty professionals and are meant to stand out and function for your needs. When choosing your template keep in mind that you can customize images, colors, and even fonts so pick a template who’s layout and overall look you like the best!
2. Wait For Delivery
Once you purchase your template you will receive a confirmation email. Please wait at least 24 business hours to receive an email that will give you access to your template, as well as links to video tutorials to help guide you through how to personalize your template.
3. Customize your template
Unlike other template shops, we provide page-by-page video tutorials to help guide you through the process of customizing your template. We also provide 30 days of email support once your template has been delivered. We want all our customers to be supported throughout the process so they can launch their beautiful website as soon as possible!
4. Go Live!
Once you’ve completed customizing your template we provide a step-by-step guide on how to officially launch your website (it’s easier than you think) and finally check it off your to-do list.

What happens after I purchase?
Once you purchase a template you will immediately be sent an email confirmation. Please wait at 24 business hours for access to your template as well as video tutorials to be sent to you.
Do I have to have a Squarespace account to purchase a template?
All of our templates are made using the Squarespace website platform so eventually (after you purchase) you will need to create a Squarespace account. However, you do not need an account before you purchase.
What if I already have a Squarespace website?
If you are already paying for Squarespace 7.1 website. Please email us before purchasing.
What can I customize on the templates?
Essentially you can customize everything about them! You can change the colors, fonts, swap out photos and the logo, add pages, and more. However, we recommend sticking as close to the design of the template as possible for best results.
What if I need more pages than what's on the template?
Every page on our templates can easily be duplicated as many times as you need so whether you need more “Service” pages, or you would like to add another “About” page for a team member, it’s as simple as clicking a button!
What if I'm not a "techie" person?
We’ve tried to make the customization process as easy as possible for our customers by providing video tutorials and 30 days of support. Most website template shops DO NOT have video walkthroughs. If you can follow directions, you can customize your template!
Can I use the images on the website template?
Yes! We’ve made sure to design our templates using images that are 100% royalty free so you have the option to keep them if you’d like.
Can I add a shop to my site?
Absolutely, our templates support e-commerce functionalities and connect with Stripe and PayPal for payment processing.
Are there any additional costs?
Once you are ready to go live with your site you will need to upgrade your Squarespace account. Here is a link to their monthly or yearly plans.
Do the templates have an expiration date?
Unlike the typical “14 Day Free Trial” most website platforms offer, we’re able to provide our customers with a FREE 6-month trial to give you time to customize your website. If you don’t complete customizing your template within those 6 months, we recommend upgrading your Squarespace account so the template doesn’t expire and gets deleted.
What is your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of our products, they are non-refundable. Please make sure to carefully read all of the product details before you make your purchase.
